Age Verification and Delivery
By placing an order through AlcPay, customers confirm that they are 21 years of age or older, agree to our terms of service, and acknowledge that an adult of legal drinking age (21+) must be present at delivery.
Delivery to PO boxes, military bases, or mail forwarding locations (e.g., UPS/FedEx Access Points, USPS, Walgreens) is not permitted and may result in delayed shipment until a valid address is provided or failed deliveries that return the order to sender. Please note, we do not issue refunds for orders returned due to address issues or if an adult is unavailable for signature.
We ship this way to comply with laws and regulations regarding the interstate shipment of alcohol. All deliveries are made via authorized third-party carriers directly to your address.
Shipping Details
- Orders generally arrive within 3-15 business days, depending on distance. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is packaged. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and monitoring the delivery. Adult signature required.
- Orders placed during peak seasons, presales, or backorders may have longer processing and shipping times.
- AlcPay partners with multiple local carriers; tracking may not update until the final carrier receives your shipment.
- Deliveries are typically made Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm; weekend delivery is not available.
- For smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a location where someone 21+ is available all day. Security gates or restricted-access locations can cause delivery attempts to fail.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
- All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
- Order changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase via hello@alcpayapp.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
- Once shipping labels are printed or the order is in transit, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations. Additional fees may apply for late updates.
Delivery Attempts and Reshipment
- Carriers may make up to three delivery attempts requiring an adult signature.
- Orders returned due to invalid addresses, access issues, or missed adult signatures incur a $40 reship fee. This covers the $20 return shipping and $20 for reshipment.
- No refunds will be issued for returned orders.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If items arrive missing or damaged, please provide photos of the items, packaging, and invoice and report the issue within 10 days of delivery to hello@alcpayapp.com.
- Replacements or refunds will be issued based on availability. Minor cosmetic issues or limited edition items may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Packages not delivered or damaged in transit must be reported within 30 days. Claims made after 30 days cannot be processed.
